Here at Gleamclean Cleaning Services Ltd, we are very proud to be the only cleaning company in the country that can offer you the facility to pay by direct debit.

This is a credit to the company as it proves us to be a long standing, trustworthy and reliable company.

With this facility it has made for a hassle free arrangement and does away with having to remember to send a cheque if you are not in, or making sure you have enough cash on the day to pay.

How this facility works

The system we use has been approved by bank and is manual system. Which means that the payment will only be taken once the work has been done, and in the event that you change your mind or it is not convenient to do the work at that time no charges will be made.

This gives you the customer full flexibility as to when you would like the work done and when the payments will be taken.

You download the mandate form from this website, fill it in and return it by post to the company address.

When we have received it we then put you on our system.

When we call and complete the work we leave you a card which says the work that has been done and how much the charge will be, the following week the payment is debited from your account.
